Directions:
The Center for Vitality and Wellness is located on the south side of Rte 30 at the western end of Berwyn. We are located between American Male and Clay's Bakery. There is ample parking in the lots across from our entrance and to the side of American Male.

From the Wayne location, Traveling from the East::
Travel down Lancaster Ave (Rte 30) WEST, towards Devon and Paoli. You will pass "Waterloo Gardens", in Devon. Keep traveling down route 30, go past the car dealerships, then pass the Berwyn train station. The next Left after the train station is Waterloo Ave - make a LEFT.

From the West:
Travel down Lancaster Ave (Rte 30) EAST. Go past Bridge ave., then Knox ave. The next light is Waterloo Ave, turn RIGHT. We are the second building in from Lancaster ave. If you go past the Berywn train station on your left, you have gone too far.

From Philadelphia on 76 west and 476 north or south:
Take Rte. 76 west to 476 south. Exit 476 at exit 13 - “Villanova” (old exit #5) and stay in your left-hand lane on the ramp, so you are traveling WEST (left). Travel 4.5 miles. Keep traveling down route 30, go past the car dealerships, then pass the Berwyn train station. The next Left after the train station is Waterloo Ave make a LEFT.

From 202 traveling South or the PA Turnpike, Valley Forge Exit:
Take US-202 S toward West Chester, exit onto PA-252 S (Paoli). Turn left at the first light- Cassatt Rd. Follow to the light, go through the light, almost a straight- Howellville Rd. Follow the left curve to the next light and turn left at Lancaster Ave. At the next light, turn right onto Waterloo Ave. Park in the first lot on the left.

From 202 traveling North:
Turn left to merge onto US-202 N, exit toward PA-252/Paoli. Turn right at W Swedesford Rd. Turn left to stay on W Swedesford Rd. Turn RIGHT at Cassatt Rd. Follow to the light, go through the light, almost a straight- Howellville Rd. Follow the left curve to the next light and turn left at Lancaster Ave. At the next light, turn right onto Waterloo Ave. Park in the first lot on the left.

By Septa Regional Rail: R5- Berwyn Station:
Exit at the Berwyn Station walk to Rt 30, Lancaster Ave, go RIGHT on Lancaster Ave for 1/2 block to Waterloo Avenue, turn Left.
